How long will I need Coaching?

This depends on you. 

 

You may just need a few sessions to get you focused and on track or you may want to work on a number of different issues over time.  Some clients like to have a Coach to whom they can be accountable and to help keep them positively focused while offering them ongoing support and guidance.   

Coaching is a fast route to seeing positive results in a relatively short space of time.  As you are acquiring new skills you are able to implement them yourself and become more independent on your journey and may feel that a few sessions are all you need to keep you on track.

What's the difference between Coaching and other therapies?

Coaching looks at where you are now and where you want to be.  Unlike Counselling, we will not be looking at the past but Coaching can compliment other therapies and focuses on the future and what steps you can take today to create the results you want tomorrow.
